5 stars are nowhere near enough for the job she did for us. Estate agents, and especially the big companies who tout themselves as being the pinacle of the profession could learn a LOT from Fiona about how to treat people, how to show viewers around and how to treat the client and the viewers with courtesy, respect and sheer professionalism. It's worth noting that when you hit it off with someone, it's a good sign they will hit it off with viewers and potantial buyers and that was exactly how it was with Fiona. She learned the house, planned her tour, did all the viewings, the brochures, the vetting and did all the vetting so we only had good prospective buyers. We would sit in the garden whilst she carried out the viewinga dnit was clear, she was immediately likeable by everyone who viewed our property. Within a an hour of our property going online, we had a full weekend of viewings and within a couple of days, decent offers followed by a closing date - all in the space of around 10 days. We were keen for our property to go to buyers who would cherish it and we accepted an offer form a really nice couple. Genuinely, Fiona is a machine! Her attention to detail is by far and away, second to none. She understands, sellers and buyers alike and nothing is too much trouble.
